Delivery
Once your goods have been paid for in full, they will be dispatched in the following way:
We Endeavour to send out all goods out within 2 working days (usually within 24 hours not including Sat, Sun & public holidays). We will dispatch all goods out on a next day before 5.30pm delivery service if payment clears before 2pm.
Our Free UK mainland delivery service (excluding the Scottish Highlands) means you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.
Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered.
For these normal delivery services we will usually send you an e-mail on the evening of dispatch that will confirm to you that your order has been dispatched, and the delivery service used with links to tracking facilities if appropriate.
It is important that you check the parcel for visible damage before signing for it. Refuse the delivery from the courier if the parcel looks like it has been damaged in transit.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier can not deliver the item because no-one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card with a contact number detailing how to arrange a more convenient delivery date. You must contact the delivery service within 24 to 48 hours. If the carrier receives no contact from you they will return the package to us after a period of approximately 5 working days. This will result in extra shipping costs being incurred for the items return to us and redelivery.
Furniture Deliveries
Specialist Furniture delivery services only apply as described on the specific item web page. They are designed to ensure a high level of service, coordinating the delivery with you to ensure you are available to take delivery.
We aim for a 10 working day turn around for delivery from our furniture distribution hub. We operate modern liveried vehicles and all our staff are smartly uniformed. All deliveries are booked in 2-3 days prior to delivery, plus the driver will always call 1 hour before arrival. All of our drivers are fully trained and knowledgeable about the product they are delivering
Collection
Items can be collected in person, email or telephone us to arrange collection.
Orders can be collected during business hours between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
